Ordinance-1-2023

Within all public parks under the jurisdiction of the Township, the following activities are strictly prohibited: littering or improper disposal of waste; unauthorized motor vehicle operation outside designated areas; defacement or destruction of park property; consumption of alcoholic beverages without a valid permit; and the use of amplified sound equipment without prior approval from township authorities. Violation of these provisions may result in fines, penalties, or expulsion from park premises, as deemed appropriate by law enforcement or park officials.
